Cancellation and Refund Policy

At The Circle, we value customer satisfaction and transparency. Please read our policy carefully to understand our terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and shipping issues.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed for shipping.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at thecirclefrag@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange only if you have received a wrong or damaged product.

  • Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

2. Accepted Deliveries with Partial/Damaged/Tampered Orders

If you receive an order that is partial, damaged, tampered, or compromised, you must provide:

  • A 360-degree unboxing video, clearly showing the label, outer packaging, and inner contents.

  • The video must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.

3. Timely Submission of Complaints

a. Complaint Submission: For any issues related to your order, email us at thecirclefrag@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery to request a resolution.
b. Responsibility After Delivery: The Circle is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery or if the issue is not clearly visible in the provided unboxing video.

4. Shipping & Handling Fees

a. Charges: Shipping and handling rates vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, and other considerations. These charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Important Information Regarding Refunds

  • Refund Policy for Returns: Refunds will only be processed after the damaged or rejected item has been returned to our warehouse and inspected.

  • Dispute Resolution: In case of a dispute between the shipping partner and the customer, refunds will only be issued once the shipping partner formally acknowledges and accepts any claims of incorrect delivery.

  • This policy ensures accuracy, accountability, and quality assurance in our refund process.
